I have been going to the gym Mon-Fri twice a day burning usually 610 Calories at lunch and around 360 in the afternoon, I do not eat out or hardly any junk food but I have been the same weight for 4 months. Why? I have tried that LA Weight Loss, big waste of money!

well i platued for a year and a half. I was patient and finally broke through. You know what I did? Adding 3 extra workouts in the week. I know it’s a lot but it worked. Now since my plateua I have lost 5 pounds. Which makes me very happy! =)
Change your workout. Don’t do the same thing everyday.

Don’t worry about it too much, hitting a plateau happens to nearly everyone on a exercise routine, even the top athletes.

I would say your body and your metabolism have both adjusted to your eating/workout routine. You may need to change things up a bit, like add a few extra exercise routines, cut back on a few extra calories etc.

The following book has some great suggestions about how to get over the plateau. Hope this helps.

Good luck and all the best with your weight loss goals
