I tried doing that the last few days with the small meals, and because you eat so frequently it makes me crazy. You have not only think about what healthy choice to make but also how long since you last ate, it makes me feel like im thinking about food all day. Is it really that important to eat 5-6 small meals a day for weight loss?

ive never heard of that one before, usually you eat a healthy breakfast, something light for lunch, and an evening meal before 7pm, counting the calories as you go, you can snack on fruit inbetween, but i dont know about this 5-6 small meals diet

It is not necessary, they say that for overeaters.

I eat 4 meals a day and watch my caloric intake.

Yes because it keeps your metabolism going all day which makes it stronger and faster and you burn more calories! And think about it, if you eat a HUGE meal all at once everyday like say only dinner or breakfast and dinner… dont you think your body will just start storing some of the calories since you just shoved it all down at once?

i was on a diet for 5months eating 5x a day and i was thinking about the next meal. no way could i squeeze in one more meal.
it’s debatable if its necessary or not. i think it has something to do with the person. i,personally, have blood sugar problems so i need to eat more frequently but there is also diets where you just eat 2x a day.
i would much rather do 2x a day. eat a big healthy breakfast, skip lunch and eat a big healthy dinner.

Try to eat healthy meal or green diet.
Fruits and vegetable will do for that.

To lose weight it is important to have a healthy diet which may include fruits and there must be less intake of salt and oily stuffs.

You can try sauna bath and can join gym which might help you to lose weight.

Yes it will actually help you to burn more calories, which will help you to lose weight quicker.

Instead of thinking of it like 5 -6 meals – think of it as being your 3 normal meals as well as an extra couple in between. Almost like snacks.

It does take a bit of getting used to in the beginning, but once you start doing it for a while your body will adapt and you will find that if you happen to skip one of your meals you will feel really hungry.

Eating like this also helps your digestion becasue of the smaller size meal. Where as if you eat a larger meal like a typical dinner it can take a long time to digest, and even longer to work off.

    Good luck!

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
