How long will it for others to notice weight loss?

I’m 5ft6 and I currently weigh 61 KG
I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week and at the gym I run/cycle 3 miles every time I go and do muscle workouts
I’m a vegetarian and I don’t really each much, I consume about 700 calories a day

How many days will it take me to notice weight loss from my body
e.g. Tummy and chin

Oh and also how long does it take to lose fat from the face?

    700 calories a day isn’t enough. Some of the questions on this site are making me wonder….

    you are already underweight. your body is holding on to fat in those areas because it thinks you are starving, and as long as you eat less than a 1000 calories a day, your body will burn muscle tissue before it will burn fat, you may be vegetarian, but you are also anorexic and you are killing yourself.

    Considering your size it does not really sound like your face is carrying extra weight. If you have a round or heart shaped face then your face may appear fuller but in reality it is just the natural shape of your face.

    It does sound like you may be under weight so maybe your goal should be a healthier lifestyle instead of weight loss.     I think you need to talk to your friends and tell them your concerns you aren’t overweight at all, you have to accept that your body needs fat to survive and only eating 700 calories a day has probably put your body into starvation mode. You need to eat sensibly and look after yourself

    Please don’t mind what i am going to say right now. first of all you need to improve your self confidence and i am here for your moral support so need to worry and just concentrate on weight loss and give your 100% efforts in that. There is no better feeling in the world than believing in something then it happens.
