How effective can a weight loss ‘boot camp’ (of my own design) be?

I’ve been watching my weight for the past few months and despite the occasional bad day, weight loss has been steady. I have a special occasion coming up and would like to make a real effort to make the next two weeks as effective as possible.
In your experience, what are the very best results realistically achievable within the space of 2 weeks if a strict regime is followed?


I think a positive attitude is important. If you believe you can achieve excellent results them you’re more likely to. To be fair though, you shouldn’t expect to lose a huge percentage of your body weight or anything.
